DOMAINE STÉPHANE OGIER

Stéphane Ogier joined the family estate in 1997, continuing seven generations of winegrowing rooted in the village of Ampuis. Taking over from his father Michel, he brought fresh vision and precision, choosing to focus on individual terroirs to reveal their distinctive character. His experience in Burgundy shaped his commitment to finesse and elegance. Today, the estate extends beyond Côte-Rôtie into Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Condrieu and the Collines Rhodaniennes. Syrah is the core of the reds, while Viognier and Marsanne lead the whites. Each parcel is vinified separately to preserve identity and balance. Blends are adjusted each vintage, allowing each wine to tell its own story. From the depth of Côte-Rôtie La Belle Hélène to the purity of Viognier de Rosine, the wines show lifted aromatics, mineral clarity and graceful structure. Domaine Stéphane Ogier is now one of the most respected names in the Northern Rhône, a family legacy built on tradition, curiosity and terroir expression.
